This website is run by Conrad Property Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 09953913), with its registered office at Technology Centre, 40 Vulcan Road South, Norwich, Norfolk, NR6 6AF. We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you choose to give us:
- your name and email address
- your organisation and telephone number, if you provide them
- a property address, if you provide one
- the content of your enquiry
If you email us directly, we collect the details included in that contact.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and to deal with any matter that follows from it, such as discussions about one of our properties or a potential arrangement with a local authority.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us. Where your enquiry relates to a tenancy, lease or other agreement, we may also rely on the steps needed to enter into or perform that agreement.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
This website and its enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions and delivers them to us. Netlify is based in the United States, so your information may be transferred outside the UK. Where this happens, it is protected by appropriate safeguards required under UK data protection law.
We may also share information with our professional advisers, or where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to any further dealings are deleted within 12 months. If your enquiry leads to a tenancy, lease or other agreement, we keep the related information for up to six years after that agreement ends, to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. You can also object to our use of it. To make a request, email admin@conradproperty.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first.
